Debbie - Organization

A project this scale needs a lot of organisation to keep it all on track, to help with this i set up different ways of storing files, dividing up task  and communicating with each other.


Trello 

i used trello to set everyone tasks and keep on track of what needed doing


Google drive 

i used a shared google drive to store all paper work onto  so could be accessed by any one at any time 


Hard drives

The team  had allocated and labeled hard drives to store all footage on

banking 

we had a group bank account so payments count be monitored and used by any one of the team

messaging 

and we also had a group chat to comunicate between each other. if done in the real world would be done via email or slack.



over all there was lost of ways to keep everything together and easily assessed by the team
