We decide it would be best to change the filming days and film the virtual world first and the prison cell second. This will save us time on the thursday as we wont need to stripe all the wall paper off the wall and then paint it for friday. We now just have to wall paper the set thursday night ready for friday.
This also solves the problem we were having with the hole in the wall for the actor to crawl through, as in the prison cell it would be on the right but on the future world it would be on the left, we was originally thinking of flipping the set or trying to not show it in the shot, how ever now we can create an additional hole and just cover the old one up with wall paper making it easier for us.
We decided it would be easier for us to hire our own actor, so we need to create an add on star now and gather a list of actors. We said we would prefer them to be male and around our age but the look of them wasn't too important as we could scruffy them up with make up. Leanna charlie and nick will do the initial casting of the actors, they will also film it so we can all see who we want to work with.
We created a list of technical things we will need for shoot day one of them was an external screen so we can all see the footage. If we can not get one of these we can use a fire wire cable and connect the camera to a mac this will act as an external screen but is a bit laggy compared to the actual camera.
We decide we didnt want to put credits on the film but we would make an additional one for our benefit.
We came up with some additional ideas for the shots like using lights to give a prison door effects
and rather than have a gurad use s shadow of a guard to make them look dominant.
We decied on the boxes and screens you see in the future world we want to show
- show reels of work we and previous students have made
- demonstartions of us in lesons ( in the green screen room, in work shops, doing after effects)
- show screen clips of us using software like ( avid, maya , after effects )

What to do now -
Changed the shooting schedule in the handbook
write a list of addition / tenchincal resources we will need and put them in the hand book
Make copies of the hand book for shoot day
ask rosie for show reel footage( and do we need copy right )
find coloured plastic for see through wall
find a way yo make a make shift glide
cast the actor
get the props
get the costume
make the boxes
find telivisions
research making the virtual world/ green screen
