Camera -
So slow mo is not going to highly important there is no way we can film in a studio and try and get any where near a realistic result of it looking underwater with out it being in slow motion. All though it will not look 100% the same with out slow motion the movement of and hair etc will not have any form of floating or movement to it.
A shallow depth of field is going to be important too, if we are filming against a green screen or a curtain we will need to to be quite blurred out and well lit to make it easier in the edit
i think the cannon xf350 will do a great job for this as it is 1080p but only 50ps which isnt as slow as i would like but better than nothing esspecially as its the only one in stores that 1080 slow mo

How ever with grad films on ATM im hoping its not been booked out :(
If not there is the one we used for sudio shoot the sony one i can't remember the model but that is 720 50fps which is ok
Or again if they are booked out we can always use our slrs as they are 720 60fps
To get the look of that they are under water we might have to make the white balance off so it is filmed tinted blue which will make it easier to colour grade
lighting -
This will be pretty similar if we filmed it under water, how ever we dont really need to worry about colours fading or light absorption.
how ever it might be nice to fade the colours out and make it darker so it looks more realisit to if it was under water.
Adding a back scatter is going to be very important in the studio baised video as it will give the video a little bit more depth so it is like we are just wanting 2 dancers against a flat screen.

I think we should also film so mirror lighting using a fish tank and a green screen just to give it more depth and realism.
movement -
the movement will be pretty similar i assume again i ant really tell until i have seen the dance or talked it through will molly. The way i am thinking about the camera movement is as if the camera is a 3 dancer and they are as equally involved in the film, this way when the viewer watches it will be more interesting and captivating and make them feel as if they are involved in the dance rather than jut watching it. I feel this is very important with such a simple design.
If we cannot use dry for wet i still want to do it in slow motion but rather than use fans to make the hair move use smoke and blue lighting on a black background to make it a bit more interesting than it we had to completley film in a black room
here is an example of what it would look like
