PTK - Studio shoot - What a producer does - Production

On shoot days the producers job is help the day run as smoothly as possible here is how things would run for a producer on set

• they would arrive early to make sure everything is going ok 
• help with setting up and things that need to be done 
• hold a quick meeting to set the tone of the day 
• check in with the talent 
• check in with the director 
• make sure the AD is running ok 
• give out snacks and food on time to make sure everyone stays happy 
• over all make sure everything is going to plan and on time 
• call wrap and make sure all locations / set were left in the way they were found
