the main rules of scheduling a film are
- no more than 4 pages of script in a 12 hr day
- do ext shots first this way if the wether changes you can move thing around
- put more complex scenes later in the schedule this way when the cast and crew have gotten to know each other they will work together better to challenge it.
- shoot similar scense all in one go eg all scenese with one actor on own this way they will all be grouped to gather an make it easier to edit
- make the first shoot day easy so everyone can relax into the shoot
- go from wide shots and work in
- dont shoot in chronological order its not efficent
- keep in mind location dates and times
